HR Professional & Career Coach

Katlego Lekaba is the Founder of IgniteShift and an HR professional dedicated to advancing graduate employability and workplace readiness. With five years of experience in recruitment, training, and employee development, he combines practical HR insight with career coaching to help TVET students, graduates, and young professionals transition successfully into the workforce. As an Employability Architect, Katlego focuses on designing structured career pathways that strengthen personal branding, optimise LinkedIn visibility, and build professional confidence for long-term career growth. In addition to coaching, he facilitates work readiness programmes, partners with youth-led initiatives, and speaks at career expos, exhibitions, and faith-based organisations on employability and career development.
